The Ascension Day Picnic is cancelled due to weather.
Heaven is Jesus’s throne and the earth is his footstool! As citizens of his heavenly kingdom we act under his authority, and even greater works will we do in his Name by the gift of the Holy Spirit. Join us in celebrating the Ascension with food, fellowship, and worship with our brothers and sisters from St. John’s Karen Anglican Church.
Food Details
The church will provide hot dogs/buns and chicken skewers. Attendees are invited to bring a side dish, according to last name.
- If your last name begins with A–M, bring a side dish, vegetable, or salad.
- If your last name begins with N–Z, bring fruit or a dessert.
In order to reduce costs and waste, everyone is encouraged to bring their own drinks and water bottles.
